## **What is GND Protocol?**

**GND Protocol** is the mother protocol of $gmUSD, a Yield-Bearing, Fully-Backed Stablecoin built on top of Uniswap V3's liquidity engine and farm. We effectively employ Gain Protocol's $gDAI and GMD Protocol's $gmdUSDC, and GND FARM, a powerful yield-generating resource.
