GMD can currently only be obtained through private seed rounds with GMD Protocol

esGMD will be used to OTC swap for partnership tokens, in which both will likely be staked to further incentivize users from both platforms.
All the funds raised with esGMD/swapped with esGMD later will be used to generate yield for $GMD stakers and fund protocol operations.
esGMD can be vested for 365 days to receive $GMD
esGMD can be staked to earn platform revenue at a higher APR% compared to liquid $GMD
