# RP for Stakers

GMD Protocol will utilize an RP point system to incentivize long-term hold-and-stakers.

## **How GMD Protocol RP system works:**

* 7,000 RP points will be emitted per 365 days
* 1 RP point has the yielding power equals to 1 $GMD or 1 $esGMD, depending on the staking pool
* Unstaking $GMD or $esGMD means losing all or most of your RP points. depending on the amount unstaked
