# OTC Engine

The engine will allow investors to convert xGND into GND at a rate of 1 xGND => 0.4 GND

The OTC Engine will work nicely toward the interest of investors and of the GND Protocol. Investors are allowed to exchange their xGND for GND at 40% of the value. On the other hand, the OTC engine will allow the acquisition of xGND for incentives of the protocol

This completes the GND flywheel, allowing investors to easily enter both xGND (cash-back machine) and GND positions (OTC engine), ultimately benefiting the growth of GND!
